Get to know Ninja Van’s hardworking Key Accounts Managers
Ava Policarpio
Ava is one of our OG key accounts managers, she’s been with Ninja Van for 3 years. She started her career working as a Social Customer Service Officer for a telco company, then eventually moved to handling portfolios and key accounts.
Her job was to make sure that clients are satisfied with what their organization had to offer by providing exceptional service and offering solutions based on their requirements.
Now she’s doing this for our Ninja Van shippers! She’s in charge of managing and monitoring KPIs while maintaining and growing existing relationships with our shippers.
Why do you think your job is important: Customer experience is everything in this competitive business landscape. It’s no longer enough to satisfy what is expected from you by the customer. We have to surprise them and give something of value, for us to earn not only their trust but also their business.
For whom do you hustle hard: I hustle hard for my baby and also myself.
How do you push yourself to give your best every day at work and at home: I think of the things that I want to achieve in this life, and that is enough to motivate me to give my best.

Cindy Perlas
Cindy has been with Ninja Van for 2 years and 2 months. She used to work in a multicultural environment as a Flight Officer for Emirates/Dnata at Dubai International Airport. Prior to that, she was affiliated with Lufthansa Cargo.
Today, Cindy is in charge of our Lazada shippers. She makes sure the shippers are happy and satisfied by fulfilling their operational requirements. Not a walk in the park, but definitely achievable with the help of other units.
Why do you think your job is important: My job allows Ninja Van shippers to deliver promises to their customers. So the effect of what I do doesn’t really focus on the satisfaction of one person alone, it’s a chain reaction.
For whom do you hustle hard: For my kids and my parents
How do you push yourself to give your best every day at work and at home: For every task, learning and practicing is my way of overcoming challenges. I just need to do it again and again.

Abigail Reyes
Before joining Ninja Van, Abigail was a Community Relations Director for iVolunteer, a Mandarin Relationship Manager for Shopee, and an ESG analyst for MSCI.
She joined our Key Accounts team 5 months ago. With her strong experience in building client relationships, she’s in charge of managing and assisting our TikTok shippers, ensuring that their parcels are delivered to consignees on time.
Why do you think your job is important: All of our roles have an impact on my colleagues’ work. Providing that better delivery experience and stronger relationship with my clients will make them trust Ninja Van more.
For whom do you hustle hard: For my family.
How do you push yourself to give your best every day at work and at home: Just like with my family, I invest a lot of time and effort to ensure that commitments with clients are delivered. And just as how I show my support to my loved ones, I would always try to extend my support to the entire NV ecosystem, shippers, fleet and ground staff for us to be aligned on one common goal.
