⏰ Operating Hours: Ramadan 2025
To allow our team members to fully observe Ramadan, we’ve remained our operating hours unchanged as follows:

🕑 Cut-off Dates Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2025
Hey Ninjas! Just a quick reminder to get your Hari Raya parcels delivered on time. Want to make sure your new baju or delicious cookies arrive before the celebrations?
Here are the Hari Raya Aidilfitri cut-off dates:

Key Information to Note:
- Cut-off Dates: Shipments made after these dates will be delivered on a best-effort basis, so we recommend posting your parcels as early as possible to avoid delays.
- Delivery Hold Period: From 31 March to 1 April 2025, all deliveries will be paused for the Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations to allow our team to celebrate the festive season with their loved ones.
- Resumption of Services: Our operations will fully resume on 2 April 2025, and we’ll prioritize the delivery of parcels to ensure minimal disruption.
🚨 What happens after these dates?
You can still place orders, but delivery will be like ninja training—we’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee on-time arrivals!
