Lily has been with the team for 2 years and 3 months and used to work as an account executive for a tech company. Bringing that experience to Ninja Van, she manages Chinese accounts, such as Shein, and maintains a strong relationship with them. Whenever a client has a delivery concern, Lily would always try to search for solutions that are fair to all parties concerned.
Why do you think your job is important: We take all responsibility whenever we encounter issues and problems. With this, I make sure that I provide a fair resolution for everyone.
How do you push yourself to give your best every day at work and at home: I always push myself by looking into the bright side of life and being grateful for all the blessings.

Jayzel has been with us for 2 years and 5 months and previously worked as a purchasing and inventory officer and a logistic officer. Specializing in operations fulfillment, she works closely with the operations team to monitor the performance of the shippers’ deliveries. She also monitors the status of parcels to provide accurate updates to both the shipper and the consignee.
Why do you think your job is important: My job takes out the hassle when shipping their parcels.
How do you push yourself to give your best every day at work and at home: I always try to do my best every day by creating a list of things I need to finish for today while listening to my favorite songs in the background.

Kamillah, or Kams for short, has been with the Cross-border team for 3 years and 4 months. Before onboarding Ninja Van, she used to be a sales and marketing officer at Sun Life and an account executive at an ecommerce company.
Her role is to keep the relationship between Ninja Van and her clients strong by making sure that their products are properly handled and delivered to their customers.
Why do you think your job is important: Because we’re not just working for ourselves. We’re also working on achieving and exceeding customer expectations, maintaining strong relationships and turning them into success for the shippers, their customers and Ninja Van Philippines. We achieve and reach our goals as one.
How do you push yourself to give your best every day at work and at home: I set goals for daily and monthly tasks, then also plan a little reward system for myself.

Din, who’s been with Ninja Van for 1 year and 5 months, used to be in account management for a chemical manufacturing company.
Now, she works closely with their account executives and oversees all PH cross-border accounts, ensuring that all parcels are delivered safely and on time, and finding ways to improve their hassle-free performance.
Why do you think your job is important: I make sure that we hit the performance targets of our clients to satisfy their needs and expectations. It’s vital to have a flexible attitude in seeking optimized and customized solutions for Ninja Van’s customers to achieve that.
