Jayzel has been with us for 2 years and 5 months and previously worked as a purchasing and inventory officer and a logistic officer. Specializing in operations fulfillment, she works closely with the operations team to monitor the performance of the shippers’ deliveries. She also monitors the status of parcels to provide accurate updates to both the shipper and the consignee.
Why do you think your job is important: My job takes out the hassle when shipping their parcels.
How do you push yourself to give your best every day at work and at home: I always try to do my best every day by creating a list of things I need to finish for today while listening to my favorite songs in the background.

Kamillah, or Kams for short, has been with the Cross-border team for 3 years and 4 months. Before onboarding Ninja Van, she used to be a sales and marketing officer at Sun Life and an account executive at an ecommerce company.
Her role is to keep the relationship between Ninja Van and her clients strong by making sure that their products are properly handled and delivered to their customers.
Why do you think your job is important: Because we’re not just working for ourselves. We’re also working on achieving and exceeding customer expectations, maintaining strong relationships and turning them into success for the shippers, their customers and Ninja Van Philippines.
