Effective Date: 1 May 2026

Dear Valued Shipper,

Due to the ongoing volatility in global crude oil and jet fuel prices, airlines have adjusted their fuel surcharges as of 19 March 2026. This shift has resulted in a significant increase in air linehaul operating costs for shipments between West Malaysia and East Malaysia, as well as within Sabah and Sarawak.

To sustain our service quality and operational standards during this period, Ninja Van is implementing an Emergency Fuel Surcharge (EFS) effective since 13 April 2026.
