How to Use Ninja Van “Ship First, Pay Later”

Step 1: Creating an Order on the Ninja Van App

1. Download the Ninja Biz app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. If you don’t have an account, sign up using your email or phone number.

3. Select “Create Order” and verify your information for E-invoice purposes.

🔔 Note: Before you start shipping, and click “Create Order,” you’ll be prompted to enter your ID number, ID photo, TIN, SST, and other required details to comply with government regulations.

4. Fill in your customer/consignee details. Use the “smart paste feature” for convenience!
5. Select your preferred delivery method: Pick Up or Drop Off.
6. Specify your parcel details, including weight and size.
7. We’ll provide an estimated price before you submit your order.
8. Simply proceed with your order and you’ll automatically utilise our “Ship First, Pay Later” feature.

Step 2: Start Sending

1. If you choose pickup, the Ninja Van driver will collect your package between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Please ensure someone is available during this time to hand over your parcel.
2. If you prefer a drop-off, you can do so at a nearby Ninja Point. (Find a Ninja Point near you here!)
3. Use the app’s tracking feature to track your shipment’s progress in real-time.

4. The more you ship, you can enjoy exclusive discounts and promotions. Check the Ninja Van app or website for the latest offers.

Step 3: Receive and Pay the Bill

1. You’ll receive a bill via WhatsApp or email for the previous week’s completed orders.
2. Make a payment using online banking.
