To help you navigate Ninja Van’s operating hours during Ramadan and Hari Raya Aidilfitri cut-off dates to avoid any surprises!
Adjusted Operating Hours: Ramadan 2024
This Ramadhan, Ninja Van is adjusting operating hours to allow our team members to fully observe this holy month. Here’s a quick guide to our new schedule:

Our first-mile and last-mile services will operate with extended hours throughout Ramadan, from 10am to 10pm daily.
Cut-off Dates Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2024

Hey Ninjas! Just a quick shout about getting your Hari Raya goodies in time for the celebrations. Want to make sure your new baju or those delicious cookies arrive before the feasting begins? Here’s are our Hari Raya Aidilfitri cut-off dates:

| East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, and the Federal Territory of Labuan) | Orders must be placed by April 2nd |
| West Malaysia (Perlis, Kedah, Penang, Perak, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Johor, Kelantan, Terengganu and Pahang) | Orders must be placed by April 5th |
What about after those dates? Don’t worry, you can still order, but delivery will be like ninja training—we’ll do our best, but can’t guarantee anything!
By the way, deliveries will be on pause from April 10th to 11th. We’ll be taking a short break to recharge for the post-Raya rush! ⚡ We’ll be back on track on April 12th, ready to zoom your orders straight to your door.
