Need a convenient way to pick up your packages? Ninja Van offers a flexible pickup schedule, between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. To schedule a pickup, simply:

  1. Create an account: Register for a Ninja Van account, via mobile app or desktop.
  2. Schedule a pickup date: Choose your preferred parcel collection date.
  3. Provide package details: Specify the number of packages, weight, dimensions, and destination.
🚨 Note: Please make sure you or a representative is available during the parcel collection period to hand over your parcel.

To ensure a smooth pickup process, please follow these guidelines:

  • Packaging: Use sturdy and appropriate packaging to protect your items.
  • Labelling (Air Waybill): Clearly label your packages with the recipient’s name, address, and contact information.

Pickup Tracking and Notifications

Once your pickup is scheduled, you can track the status of your shipment using the Ninja Van website or through the app. You’ll receive notifications at key stages of the pickup process, including when your package is picked up and when it’s ready for delivery.

2. Ninja Van Delivery Service

Ninja Van offers a variety of delivery options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Delivery: For general packages with standard delivery times.
  • International Delivery: For sending packages to destinations outside of Malaysia.
We typically deliver packages from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, within the hours of 8 AM to 10 PM.

Now, Ninja Van enables shippers to send parcels globally beyond Southeast Asia via UPS. This service is available for over-the-counter parcel drop-offs at selected Ninja Points within Klang Valley, Malaysia.

Delivery Fees and Charges

  • Destination: Distance between the pickup and delivery locations.

  • Delivery options: Choose from UPS Worldwide Express or UPS Express Saver.

What’s the difference? UPS Worldwide Express offers guaranteed delivery within 1-2 business days for shipments within Asia Pacific and globally. 

UPS Express Saver provides day-definite delivery for shipments within Asia Pacific and a specified timeframe for global shipments.

Delivery Tracking and Notifications

For domestic deliveries, you can track your shipment in real-time using the Ninja Van website or through the app. You’ll receive notifications when your package is out for delivery and when it’s delivered.

As for international deliveries, tracking will be visible via UPS’ tracking system.
