Before we end the week, here&#8217;s a roundup of the top business and ecommerce news for you.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">More Filipino consumers using business messaging platforms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>MORE Filipino consumers are <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.ninjavan.co\/en-ph\/conversational-commerce-game\/\" class=\"ek-link\">using online messaging platforms<\/a> to reach businesses, with firms also recognizing the importance of engaging with customers, a study showed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A 2022 study on business messaging by Meta and Boston Consulting Group (BCG) found that over 40% of Filipinos messaged businesses more frequently now versus before the coronavirus pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Three in five Filipino consumers also chat with businesses at least once every two to three weeks.
